Third-party claim for construction injury held to be time-barred

Plaintiff was severely injured while working at a construction site when a utility pole was knocked down and he was electrocuted.  Attorney Michael Radak defended the third-party defendant township defendant in the matter.  The township was successfully dismissed from the lawsuit after winning a motion to dismiss arguing that the claim was time barred under Section 13-204(c) of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure.
