Sean Mascarenhas has dedicated his legal career to the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. After graduating from Northwestern University in 2010, Sean attended law school in his home state of Texas, at University of Houston Law. He comes from a family of physicians, nurses, and attorneys across multiple specialties and disciplines, and is surrounded by close friends serving the medical community at facilities throughout Chicago and beyond.

Sean’s background gives him the necessary dedication and passion needed to defend healthcare providers in all types of cases, including catastrophic injury matters, in State and Federal Courts. He believes in the power of strong writing and thorough preparation, and he is an active member of the legal community. He is honored to have received multiple awards recognizing his practice, including the Jury Verdict Reporter Trial Lawyer Excellence Award (for Outstanding Defense Verdict in a Malpractice Case) and being named as an Emerging Lawyer Under 40.
