ZACHARY C. MELLOY joined Langhenry, Gillen, Lundquist & Johnson, LLC in 2018 as an associate attorney and works in the Chicago and Munster offices, where he specializes in defending physicians, nursing homes, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate attorney for a Plaintiff’s personal injury firm in downtown Chicago, and has served as trial attorney for multiple jury trials involving motor vehicle accidents, property damage, and personal injury.
Mr. Melloy received his Juris Doctorate in 2016 from Valparaiso University School of Law, where he was a member of the Honors Program. While in law school, Mr. Melloy clerked for the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office in Evansville, Indiana, and the Hoosier Environmental Council, an environmental nonprofit organization. He was also a contributor for the Valpo Law Blog and Treasurer of the Valparaiso Environmental Law Society.
Mr. Melloy is licensed to practice in Illinois and Indiana, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
