Samantha Guttenberg joined the firm in 2022 and concentrates her practice in civil litigation, including nursing home and medical malpractice defense, employment defense, and premises and product liability claims. Prior to joining the firm, she handled family law cases and employment matters involving discrimination and sexual harassment. She also worked at a Chicago Plaintiffs’ firm litigating nursing home and medical malpractice cases.
Samantha received her Juris Doctor in 2019 from DePaul University, where she participated on the Phi Alpha Delta mock trial team and worked in the Civil Litigation Clinic, as well as volunteering with the Wills for Heroes Foundation to assist first responders and their families in drafting estate planning documents.
She also works as an adjunct college professor, instructing undergraduate students on trial practice and procedure, and judging regional and national trial tournaments.
Samantha is based in the firm’s Chicago office and is licensed to practice in Illinois.
