Margaret Molloy joined Langhenry, Gillen, Lundquist & Johnson, LLC in 2021 as an associate attorney working in the Wheaton office. Originally from the southside of Chicago, Margaret graduated college from Illinois State University. She was then admitted to the Southern Illinois School of Law with the Charter Class Campaign for Academic Excellence scholarship. While there, Margaret was awarded Order of the Barristers for Excellence in National Oral and Written Advocacy after winning several moot court competitions in written an oral advocacy. After graduating in 2014, Margaret lived and practiced legal defense all over Illinois in both State and Federal Courts as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois before transferring to private practice in 2018. She has successfully conducted jury trials to favorable verdicts and received summary judgment in numerous cases.
