Joanna Makris joined Langhenry, Gillen, Lundquist, & Johnson, LLC as an associate attorney in the fall of 2023.
Joanna is a recent graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago – School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor while working as a paralegal. She participated in the law school’s transactional law clinic, providing legal services to small businesses in the Chicagoland area. As a second-year law student, Joanna was selected to participate in the UIC Review of Intellectual Property Law and continued her experience as staff editor in her final year.
