Andrew Stuart concentrates his practice in civil litigation and represents firm clients in defense of Medical Malpractice claims, Construction and Premises Liability litigation, Business and Commercial matters, Insurance Coverage, and Municipal and Governmental claims.
Mr. Stuart is also active in the firm’s subrogation, catastrophic loss and defense practice and has consulted on a number of large loss recovery claims including fires, structural collapse, environmental damage and product defect claims. Mr. Stuart regularly works with insurance carriers, stakeholders and outside consultants to investigate and preserve loss scenes in anticipation of future claims.
Mr. Stuart graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from Beloit College in Wisconsin. After college, Mr. Stuart worked at a large Chicago law firm before enrolling at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to joining Langhenry, Gillen, Lundquist & Johnson, he worked for a prominent plaintiff’s personal injury practice. He actively litigates cases in Illinois state and federal courts and is a member of the general bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Illinois Bar.
