Marcia F. Przeslawski joined Langhenry, Gillen, Lundquist & Johnson, LLC’s Munster, Indiana office as an associate attorney in 2022. Marcia represents and defends individuals, business owners, limited liability companies, corporations, and not for profit corporations who are sued in a variety of matters involving commercial and business disputes, employment disputes, premise liability, construction liability, products liability, and general insurance defense. Marcia also provides counsel to clients on transactional matters including contract drafting and negotiation, real estate transactions, corporate governance, municipal governance, policy formation, and various compliance issues.
During her law school career, Marcia was a teaching assistant for classes on contracts and torts, president of the Corporate Law Club, and she competed on the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution teams. She also gained practical experience by clerking in a litigation firm and by enrolling in many of The John Marshall Law School’s legal clinics, including the Pro Bono Litigation Clinic, the Business Enterprise Law Clinic, and The Fair Housing Support Center and Clinic. Since 2017, Marcia has been coaching student arbitration teams that compete nationally each fall for University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
Marcia enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughters, and family in Michigan. Additionally, she likes going to the beach, golfing, snowboarding, reading, and trying new recipes.
