Mr. Radak has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury and insurance defense law, including automobile accidents, construction, premises liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice defense and Dram Shop. He has successfully defended a number of arbitrations and trials. Of note, he participated in the trial and successful defense of a personal injury lawsuit in which the plaintiff sought over $20 million in damages. He has also worked in the areas of personal injury and class action litigation. While in law school, he did pro-bono work for the Chicago Legal Clinic, involving a class action civil rights suit. Mr. Radak is a member of the Chicago Defense Bar Counsel, the American Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. He received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, where he focused his studies in the areas of Intellectual Property and Criminal Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a major in History. Mr. Radak is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court.
