Josh Feagans is an active trial attorney representing clients throughout Illinois. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury defense in the areas of construction injury, premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. Josh has tried several cases to verdict with successful results. In addition to his civil defense work, he has also authored many successful appellate briefs and works closely with insurance companies in insurance coverage and subrogation matters.

Josh also actively represents businesses and other entrepreneurs in commercial matters. His commercial practice includes representing landlord and tenant disputes and evictions, condominium law, construction law, mechanics’ liens, contract disputes, business incorporation and real estate sales, to name a few. Josh’s experience with the procedural and personal aspects inherent in these legal areas provides fast and efficient results to his clients.

Josh received his B.A. in History from Western Illinois University in 2002. He then attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois where he graduated cum laude in 2005. Josh is a member of the Illinois Bar, General Bar of the United States District Court for Northern District of Illinois and General Bar of the United States District Court for Southern District of Illinois. He is actively involved in the Illinois State Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association.
